Baked Brie & Fruit Stacks
Need an instant crowd pleaser? Fruit & Bacon with oooey-gooey melted cheese to the rescue. I mean, Is there anything better than melted cheese? This is another example of one of my beautiful accidents in the kitchen that I can’t wait for you to try!

Ingredients
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  2. Cook bacon until it is crispy.
  3. While bacon is cooking, slice the fruit, cheese, mushrooms, & potatoes
  4. Remove bacon to cool on cutting board, leave hot grease in skillet
  5. Cook potatoes in hot bacon fat for 5 minutes per side or until soft and lightly golden brown, cool on cutting board, sprinkle with sea salt while hot
  6. Sauté mushrooms for 5 minutes in hot bacon fat, placing on cutting board to cool
  7. Cook pears & apples in hot bacon fat for 2 minutes per side, cool on cutting board
  8. Assemble fruit stacks in your favorite combinations. See the pics below to see the combos I chose
  9. Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes
  10. Serve hot
